Article 63

(1) (Amended, SG 28/1982) Aregional court consisting of a judge alone shall hear the case upon its meritsand pronounce a judgment which shall not be subject to appeal. By way of the judgmentrendered a court may endorse, amend or rescind a penal decree.

(2) A court may decide toterminate proceedings in all events provided for by the law by passing adecision that shall not be subject to appeal.
