Article 110(3)On the trial of an electionpetition under this Act, the court may by order, compel the attendance of anyperson as a witness who appears to the court to have been concerned in theelection to which the petition refers, and any person refusing to obey suchorder commits an offence of contempt of court and the court may examine anywitness so compelled to attend or any party to the petition and after theexamination of such witness may be cross-examined by or on behalf of thepetitioner, the respondent and the Attorney General or his representative, ifpresent, or any of them.
