Article 36 (재판)
(1) 과태료 재판은 이유를 붙인 결정으로써 한다.
Article 37 (결정의 고지)
(1) 결정은 당사자와 검사에게 고지함으로써 효력이 생긴다.

Although notexplicitly specified in the Administrative Regulations on Political Funds, it isimplied by its Article 44.4 that procedures outlined in the Law onAdministrative Penalties are to be followed in the case of an appeal.
