Possibility to further appeal

Law no12/2014 from 23rd April 2014 Artigo 195(Recurso ao Conselho Constitucional)
1. Thedeliberations taken by the l Electoral National Commission (ENC) on electoralmaterial can be appealed to the Constitutional Council.
2. Theappeal is done within 3 days, from the notification of the ENC deliberation, onthe presented complaint or protest.
3. Within5 days, the Constitutional Council definitely judges the appeal, by immediatelycommunicating the decision to all the interested persons, including theelectoral bodies.
“1. Das delibera??es tomadaspela Comiss?o Nacional de Elei??es em material eleitoral cabe recurso aoConselho Constitucional. 2. O recurso ? interposto no prazo de tr?s dias, acontar da notifica??o da delibera??o da Comiss?o Nacional de Elei??es sobre areclama??o ou protesto apresentado. 3. No prazo de cinco dias, o ConselhoConstitucional julga definitivamente o recurso, comunicando imediatamente adecis?o a todos os interessados, incluindo os ?rg?os eleitorais.”
