Article 28. […]

2. The Central ElectoralCommission shall take a decision whether a political party or a politicalcampaign participant has grossly violated this Law.

3. The political party or the political campaign participant shall havethe right to appeal to the Supreme Administrative Court of Lithuania againstthe adopted decision, referred to in paragraph 2 of this Article, within 14days after the adoption of such decision.
