TheNational Elections Act (Act Number 39 of 2012) in 143.  A candidate or Political Partyshall be deemed to have committed an electoral offence if such candidate orPolitical Party fails, without lawful justification, to provide the Commissionwith full and thorough account of all incomes and expenditures during thecampaign on the form approved by the Commission within thirty (30) days ofdeclaration of the final results of an election or referendum.
