(1)If the Ministry of Finance of the Slovak Republic found the notice (? 19. 1)that a presidential candidate exceeding the maximum permissible amount ofexpenditure referred to in ? 16, within two months of receipt of thenotification pursuant to ? 19. 2 and 3, impose presidential candidates fine often times the amount by which the amount exceeded the maximum permissible expenditurereferred to in ? 16
(2)A candidate for the President, a natural or legal person who fails to complywith the notification obligation (?19), saves the Ministry of Finance of theSlovak Republic, a fine of up to 66,387 euros.
(3)An appeal against a decision imposing fines does not have suspensive effect”
