What institution(s) has the power to impose non-criminal sanctions for campaign finance infractions?

On private funding. Nomeans by which the law could be enforced were created on the current law, norwere any penalties attached to sanction those who violated the law. No limitswere placed on campaign expenditures nor were any provision made to make partyfunding, expenditure or financial management any more accountable to the State,to the public or to party members than hitherto.

On the public funding. LOI n?2011- 012, Articles 37, 38 requires that the party policy mustkeep simplified accounts and submit an annual financial report. ThatPeriodic checks will be made on theaccounts of the partiesand through financial jurisdictions. The arrangementsfor implementing this Article shall be specified by regulations.
