146. Punishment under thisChapter (chapter 3)

Unlessotherwise provided by other law, any person who contravenes the provisions ofthis chapter shall, on conviction by the Competent Court, be punished withimprisonment for a term that shall not exceed two years and not less than sixmonths, or with fine to be determined by the Competent Court or both.

156.Punishments

Subject to theprovisions of section 133 of this Act and without prejudice to any higherpunishment prescribed by other law, any person who contravenes the provisionsof this Act shall, upon conviction, be imprisoned for a term not exceeding twoyears or be fined at the discretion of the Competent Court, or both.
