Articles 3 to 6 (included ) of  the REGULATION No. 01/2012- ONCATEGORIZATION OF SANCTIONS AND FINES enactedon 22November 2012, describe the various amount of euro for each type of violation .Such sanctions are to be added to the ones provided by the criminal proceduralcode and regulation acts, as it reads in Art.8 of same law.
