Section 27. (3) On Prevention of Conflict of Interest in Activities of Public Officials, 21 May 2015 [came into force from 17 June 2015].
Comment
(3) The State Revenue Service, Constitution Protection Bureau, the Prime Minister or his or her authorised person in conformity with the procedures for the submission of declarations provided, shall verify the declarations of public officials taking into account the competence provided of this Law.
The Prevention and Combating of Corruption Bureau shall verify all of the public official declarations referred to in Section 4, Paragraph one of this Law in conformity with the competence provided for in Section 28 of this Law.
