CHAPTER VII ELECTIONDISPUTES
67. Decisionof the Tribunal.—(1) The Tribunal may, upon the conclusion
of the trial ofan election petition, make an order—
(a) dismissingthe petition;
(b) declaringthe election of the returned candidate to be void;
(c) declaringthe election of the returned candidate to be void and the petitioner
or any othercontesting candidate to have been duly elected; or
(d) declaringthe election as a whole to be void.
