shall be punishedwith the penalties in the previous paragraph (NB article 146.1) and,furthermore, they shall be subject to special disqualification from exercisinga public profession or position for a period of one to three years.

 

 

Article 146 (NB Bribery, treating and canvassing)

 

1. Those who commit the following crimes shall be punished by a term ofimprisonment of six months to three years or by a fine of twelve to twenty-fourmonths:
