“Article 46
If the ElectionCommission of the Republic of Croatia resolving the complaint under Article 45this law establishes that any irregularities have significantly affected, orcould affect the result of the election, will invalidate actions involved in this process andorder within a specified period, elections to be held on a specific day when they will be called torepeat them. If there is no possibility of repeating canceled actions from theprevious paragraph, or if the irregularities relating to the votingprocedure have significantly affected,or could affect the result of the election, the Election Commission of theRepublic of Croatia will annulthe election for president of Croatia and set a deadline in which a newelection will be held .”
