1. Is there a ban on donations from foreign interests to political parties?

"Every political party is prohibited to accept donation or grant from the following persons or bodies:
a) foreign nationals;
b) foreign government or foreign political party;"

(Article 52 (1), the Revised Political Parties Registration No. 573/2008, 24 September 2008).
