13. Is there a ban on the use of state resources in favour or against a political party or candidate?

The Constitutional Chamber of the Supreme Tribunal of Justice issued a ruling in which it established as a criterion that state contributions are allowed to electoral campaigns, despite the prohibition contained in article 67 of the National Constitution on the use of public funds.
