23. Is there a ban on political parties engaging in commercial activities?

"Notwithstanding the provision of Article 7 (2) of this Proclamation, a political party which has attained legal personality may not directly or indirectly engage in commercial and industrial activities."

Political parties are prohibited from engaging in commercial and industrial activities, directly or indirectly.
