32. Are there provisions for free or subsidized access to media for political parties?

"Political organizations and sections of the community that are in support of a candidate shall be entitled to equal access to state-owned mass media including radio, TV and newspapers."

"The utilization of mass media shall be carried out in accordance with the election law."
