67. Are there provisions for conflict of interests for candidates and/or elected officials?

The Knesset Regulations provide that a Member of the Knesset must avoid a conflict of interest. This is reflected in a number of practical requirements that appear in this document. In addition, a member of the Knesset is prohibited from engaging in another occupation (except for exceptional cases).
