15. Is there a ban on state resources being given to or received by political parties or candidates (excluding regulated public funding)?

"Except as authorised under this Act or otherwise authorised by law, no candidate shall use Government or public resources for the purpose of campaigning for election."

(Section 25(1), Parliamentary Elections Act, 2005).
