13. Is there a ban on donations from any other source?

"No political party, member of a political party or candidate shall accept any foreign donation, whether directly from the donor or indirectly through a third person."

(Section 6(1), Political Parties (Finance) Act 2001).

Donations from foreign sources are banned also when received through a third person.
