Article 44. Electoral publicity on radio and television shall be limited to the free publicity time defined in this Law, with any placement of paid advertising therefore being forbidden. (...)Paragraph 2 At the time reserved for the electoral publicity, no commercial use or advertising shall be carried out with the intent, even if covert or subliminal, to promote a brand or a product.
