Electoral law quota details

Candidates for legislative, senatorial or local elections are presented by legally constituted political parties or groups. They can also run as independent candidates. The presentation of candidates for political parties or groups in legislative and senatorial elections must take into account the representation of women with at least 30% of candidates.
