5. Particulars and Procedure Of Registration

5(1) Every person who is qualified for registration and who has presented himself/herself for registration shall be registered in the Preliminary Register of Voters with the following particulars:

g) The registrant’s photograph;

k) The registrant’s ten fingerprints;
