Article 106: Electoral constituencies are divided and the number of their seats allocated on the basis of a law to be issued at least one year prior to the regular date of legislative elections.

Article 107: Voting on lists takes place in one round, and seats are to be distributed on the level of constituencies on the basis of proportional representation with the largest remainder method.
