Article 174: Federal Government

The Federal Government is the highest governing and executive authority of the Federation.

Article 176: Presidency

(1) The Federal President chairs the Federal Government.

(2) The Federal President and the Vice-President of the Federal Government will be elected by the Federal Parliament from the members of the Federal Government for the term of one year.

(3) The re-election for the following year is impossible. The Federal President is not eligible to be Vice-President for the following year.
