13. Is there a ban on donations from any other source?

Political Parties Organization Law No. 40 for the year 1977 as Amended by Law No. 12 for the year 2011, Article 11:

"...The party may not accept any donation, advantage or benefit from a foreigner, from a foreign or international party, or from a legal person, even if they have Egyptian nationality..."
