20. Is there a limit on the amount a candidate can contribute to their own election campaign?

Article 10.3, Law on funding of, and control over funding of, political campaigns, as last amended on 28 November 2019 No XIII-2566.

A candidate in the single-member constituency and the referendum initiators may donate up to 20 AMEs (AMEs - average monthly earnings valid in the fourth quarter of the previous calendar year). The total donation by a candidate in a single-member constituency and referendum initiators to fund their political campaign in a calendar year may not exceed 20 per cent of such persons' declared annual income for the last previous calendar year and declared available funds.
