21. Is there a limit on in-kind donations to political parties?

Article 10.9, Law on funding of, and control over funding of, political campaigns, as last amended on 28 November 2019 No XIII-2566.

The total amount of non-cash donation can not exceed 10 AMEs (average monthly earnings valid in the fourth quarter of the previous calendar year) and can be donated only by natural persons.

The procedure for appraising non-cash donations and estimating their fair value is laid down by the Government or an institution authorised by it.
