13. Is there a ban on donations from any other source?

"(1) Political parties may not accept a donation from any of the following sources: (...) (c) organs of state.

3) A political party may not accept a donation that it knows or ought reasonably to have known, or suspected, originates from the proceeds of crime and must report that knowledge or suspicion to the Commission."

All organs of state are prohibited from contributing to political parties. Political parties are prohibited from accepting donation if they know or suspect it is from proceeds of crime.
