2. Is there a ban on donations from foreign interests to candidates?

"Political entities shall be prohibited from receiving material and financial assistance and in-kind contributions from: other states, companies and legal persons outside the territory of Montenegro, natural persons and entrepreneurs who do not have the right to vote in Montenegro (...)"
