35. Are there provisions for any other form of indirect public funding?

Article 44.2, Law on elections to municipal councils, last amended on 14 January 2020 No XIII-2786.

State and municipal property may be provided to candidates for campaign meetings.

Article 44.2: Heads of state, municipal institutions and agencies must help candidates to organise meetings with voters and to receive necessary information.
