51. Is information in reports from political parties and/or candidates to be made public?

Article 21.1: The Central Electoral Commission shall announce the accounting records of political campaign funding, political campaign funding agreements, political campaign funding reports together with the auditor’s report of factual findings, if such report is mandatory, on its website not later than within 10 working days after their receipt (Law on funding of, and control over funding of, political campaigns).
Article 26.1: A set of financial statements of the political party and the annex thereto, the auditor's report of factual findings,the lists of members of a political party who have paid a membership fee of more than € 360 per calendar year shall be public and published for 10 years (Law on political parties).
