15. Is there a ban on state resources being given to or received by political parties or candidates (excluding regulated public funding)?

Art 23  "Prohibition for public employee, public institutions, the governor of Amman, parliament members, parliament staff, the members of the local council and its staff ... to campaign to any candidate in their workplace. It is also prohibited to use any of these institutions state resources or assets to campaign in favor any candidate"
