15. Is there a ban on state resources being given to or received by political parties or candidates (excluding regulated public funding)?

Art 24 (3) "Public institutions or Government parastatals, non government organizations and religious based organizations may not make any donation to a political organization or to politicians."

"Article 8: Prohibited use of State property. Article 28 of the Organic Law n° 10/2013/OL of 11/07/2013 governing political organisations and politicians is modified as follows: State assets cannot be used in the activities or interest of a political organisation. "
