48. Do political parties have to report on their election campaign finances?

Election Expenses Act 2010

The law states that where the political party fails to file the financial report and the audited report as required by this Act, that political party shall, in addition to payment (...) and the requirement to file financial report at any later time, be disqualified to contest in any election including the next General Elections unless that political party files such financial report and the audited report to the satisfaction of the Registrar before the next nomination day.
