15. Is there a ban on state resources being given to or received by political parties or candidates (excluding regulated public funding)?

"Every political party is entitled to accept contribution offered to it by any person or company voluntarily, other than a Government company."

Government companies are not allowed to contribute any amount to political parties, or to persons for political purposes.
