13. Is there a ban on donations from any other source?

Article 26, Organic Law of Georgia on Political Unions of Citizens, 1997.

In addition to the above-mentioned list, according to the Georgian legislation, political parties and/or candidates may not accept the donations from 1) non-commercial legal entities and religious organizations, except for organizing lectures, seminars/workshops, and other similar public activities; and 2) stateless persons.
