28. Are there provisions for direct public funding to political parties?

According to the Georgian legislation, funds are allocated from the state budget to provide financial support to political parties in their activities and to promote the creation of sound and competitive political system. Political parties are financed through a) transferring funds directly from the state budget to political parties, and b) distributing funds among political parties from the relevant funds by the law.
