Comment

According to the Georgian legislation, the maximum amount of the annual election expenses of an independent majoritarian candidate shall be determined by the following procedure: the maximum amount of election campaign expenses of a political party (0.2% of the GDP of Georgia of the previous year) must be divided by the total number of voters in the country and the given number shall be multiplied by the number of voters registered at the relevant polling district.
