13. Is there a ban on donations from any other source?

In terms of cash or in-kind donations and aid, Law No. 298 regulates the following bans:
Persons employed as civil servant or officer or in the State administration, annexed budget administrations, special provincial administrations, municipalities and agencies and organizations affiliated thereto, state economic enterprises and the agencies and partnerships established by them, and in other public organizations, cannot distribute handouts.

Within the scope of “Acts Prohibited During the Election Period”,
a) Persons employed as civil servant or officer [… in the State administration, annexed budget administrations, special provincial administrations, municipalities and agencies and organizations affiliated thereto, state economic enterprises and agencies and partnerships established by them as well as in other public organizations] and civil servants and officers employed in associations with public utility cannot provide donation and aid to political parties and candidates during the elections.
b) Have their servants and officers as well as all of their equipment, supplies and facilities used for the benefit and under the order of a political party or a candidate or have the same operated in any political activity.
