8. Is there a ban on anonymous donations to candidates?

Article 6.5.  Candidates may not receive or accept financial contributions from foreign citizens or countries and/or political missions of foreign countries in Afghanistan and/or unknown sources. Receiving any contributions takes place according to provisions of article 7 of this regulation.
