12. Is there a ban on donations from corporations with partial government ownership to candidates?

Article 6.3., No governmental agency may contribute to the campaign of a candidate or provide him/her with public resources.

There is no ban on funding from fully or partially government owned entities to candidates in the Election Law, however, the Regulation on Regulating Financial Affairs of Electoral Campaigns of 2019 Presidential Candidates prohibits contribution from government agencies.
