48. Do political parties have to report on their election campaign finances?

Article 15.1. Political parties may receive income form the following sources:

2. Political parties shall register all its income and deposit it in a bank account.

However, registered political parties enjoy subsidies by the government in connection with elections and this income shall be registered in a bank account in accordance with Article 15.2. of PPL.
