ARTICLE IX. OLBIIL ERA KELULAU

SECTION 3. The House of Delegates shall be composed of one delegate to be popularly elected from each of the states of Palau. The Senate shall be composed of the number of senators prescribed from time to time by the reappointment commission as provided by law.
