Comment
4-bis. In the overall candidatures presented by each list or coalition of lists in the single-member constituencies of the region, neither gender can be represented by more than 60 percent, with rounding to the nearest whole number. In the overall lists in the multi-member constituencies presented by each list at regional level, neither gender can be represented in the position of head of the list by more than 60 percent, with rounding to the nearest whole number.
