The non-compliance of the men's/women's parity principle leads to the nullity of the act in question without prejudice to seizing the courts competent for repair in accordance with Article 21 of the Constitution of March 30, 2016 (Establishing Parity Between Men and Women in the Central African Republic, 2016, 3.1, Art.9).

Article 21. An individual [who is a] victim of violation of the provisions of Articles 1 to 20 of this Title has the right to reparation (Constitution, 2016, Art.21).
