19. If there is a limit on the amount a donor can contribute to a candidate, what is the limit?

The amount of cash aid each person can make to the candidates in each round of presidential cannot exceed the one-month gross amount of any payments actually made within the scope of financial rights to the highest civil servant.

for each round of election each donation to a presidential candidate cannot exceed the total monthly gross payment to the highest public employee (for donations to presidential candidates).
