22. Is there a limit on in-kind donations to candidates?

Law on the financing, and control of financing, of political campaigns (2004, last amended 2019), Article 10(2)(9)

The total amount of non-cash donation can not exceed 10 AMEs (average monthly earnings valid in the fourth quarter of the previous calendar year) and can be donated only by natural persons.

The procedure for appraising non-cash donations and estimating their fair value is laid down by the Government or an institution authorised by it.
