28. Are there provisions for direct public funding to political parties?

Law on political parties (2004, last amended 2021), Article 20

State budget appropriations for political parties shall be provided for in the Law of the Republic of Lithuania on the approval of financial indicators of the state budget and municipal budgets for each year and shall be allocated through a separate budget programme implemented by the Central Electoral Commission.
